We always aim to ensure our customers are happy with their purchases. However, if you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.


1. Returns

  • We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return:

    • The item must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging.

    • You must have a valid proof of purchase (order number or invoice).

  • Products that are used, damaged after delivery, or returned without original packaging will not be accepted.

Note: Some items like skincare, personal hygiene products, or sale items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons. Please check product details before ordering.


2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at:

Include:

  • Your name

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if the product is damaged or incorrect)

Our team will get back to you within 24–48 hours with instructions.


3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.


4. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

  • If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at support@simpliqbeauty.com within 7 days of receiving your product.


5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • First, check your bank account or contact your payment provider.

  • Then contact us at support@simpliqbeauty.com if it’s been more than 10 business days.
