At Simpliq, we aim to deliver beauty and care products to your doorstep as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship across India.
International shipping is not available at this time.
2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Once processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Note: Orders placed after 5 PM IST will be processed the next business day.
3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time depends on your location:

4. Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.
For orders below ₹499, a standard shipping fee of ₹49 may apply.
Cash on Delivery (COD) charges: ₹50 extra (if available in your area).
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email. You can use that link to monitor your package in real time.

7. Delivery Delays

8. Address & Delivery Issues

If the courier marks your package as "Undelivered" due to incomplete/incorrect address or multiple failed attempts, the order may be cancelled or re-shipped (additional charges may apply).

If your package arrives damaged or incomplete:
